Today 174 miles from Gratangen to Sørkjosen in about four hours.
The temperature is steadily dropping, 13 C but pleasant enough that I stopped for an ice cream in the morning! You seem to re-calibrate what you consider as warm, the locals think this is T-shirt and shorts weather.
Later in the day it dropped to 10 C ambient and in the few tunnels around as low as 7 C. The wind chill makes the biggest difference, but it is less windy today.
The video shows a hyperlapse (x10 speedup) of part of the ride.
I only realised the other day that you are allowed to overtake in the tunnels having seen someone else do it (there are no solid double white lines like in the UK). Towards the end of the video you see me overtake a camper van in a tunnel, this is actually a fairly safe manoeuvre as at least the tunnels are straight most of the time.
At my hotel earlier today, now to watch a bit of the Le Mans 24 Hour race. Surprisingly the last couple of hotels (even though in the middle of nowhere) have had the best Internet speeds so far.
